Our Machines

Since 2024, our machine shops have produced over 1,400 unique parts and 59,000 individual parts. We have over thirty 3D printers, fourteen HAAS CNC machines, BOSS Laser Engraver, PEM Setter, Vacuum Forming, and Metrology.

Laser Engraver

This machine is designed to cut and engrave a wide range of materials including acrylic with a crystal edge finish, plastic, wood, and up to 18 GA stainless steel. It offers multiple features including a 33” x 54” in cutting area, 40” x 70” work area with a 4-way pass through, and 150W CO2 tube laser.

This machine allows us to create products of different sizes and shapes. It has multiple features including a 19” x 17” forming area, up to 11.5” draw depth, and up to ¼” thick material.

PEM Fasteners

Pem Press Capabilities

Pemserter Series 4-M
Six Ton Press

This machine is designed for PEM fasteners. Our PEM hardware includes sheet metal nuts, sheet metal standoffs, cable tie-mounts, captive panel, studs and pins, sheet-to-sheet, and PCB hardware. The features of our machine includes the capability of installing fasteners size M2 (#0) through M10 (3/8”.), having up to ½” of thick Aluminum or PCBs, and 18” throat depth.
