Are you passionate about a sport, event, or hobby? SARA employees have already established several clubs by finding coworkers with common interests and scheduling outings, and we are always open to more to play. We have a mountain bike club, golf league and minigolf league. We host holiday parties, summer events and highly competitive cook-offs and salsa competitions because all work and no play is entirely unacceptable.

Our fun committee (yes, we have a committee for that) is always finding ways to make our workday, well… fun. If it’s national banana split day, expect a build-your-own banana split bar in the breakroom. On national popcorn day you’ll be munching on butter, carmel, cheese or plain to your heart’s content. National avocado day? You got it, guacamole. In 2016, SARA officially became an ESOP company. ESOP is a retirement benefit that requires no cost, no enrollment, and no monetary contributions. Once you are eligible to enter the plan, you will receive company shares in an ESOP account created for you by SARA, Inc. Each year, our ESOP Communications Committee hosts meetings for all employees to provide information regarding the Company’s ESOP!
